Bill Rodman
Director of Operations

When you arrive at The Source, one of the first people you will meet is co-founder and Director of Operations; Bill Rodman. Bill is one of those people that can’t help but put a smile on your face; but it wasn’t always that way.

Bill was born in California, and at the age of eight his father passed away. He moved to Mexico with his mother where grew up fatherless and ended up as part of the wrong crowd. As a result, he began his drinking and drugging at an early age. Fast forward 30 or so years and relocated back in Florida, Bill had been in and out of rehab several times in-between jobs. His last run on crack nearly killed him. Knowing that he would soon die if he didn’t make drastic life changes, Bill took one more attempt at rehab, AA, and actively working the 12 steps. He got a sponsor, went to countless meetings, eventually began sponsoring others, and in time he co-founded The Source.

So no one “gets it” better than Bill!

Bill’s passion and true desire is to help those who are sick and suffering. As Director of Operations at The Source, he gets to know each client personally and always takes the time to talk with, and help clients in need. His goal is to bring treatment professionals together to foster teamwork and growth within the industry. “Working for The Source does not feel like work. It’s like being a part of a family with one common goal,” says Bill.

Mark envisions The Source as a holistic, up-scale and exclusive Addiction Treatment Center where clients in recovery are treated with respect and dignity. His mission for The Source is to treat each client with a program that is compassionate, personalized and focused on the individual’s specific needs.
