Mark Korcok
Founder and CEO

Source Founder and CEO Mark Korcok has been a Fort Lauderdale resident for over 40 years. Earlier in his career Mr. Korcok was responsible for building several nationally recognized financial service companies. After being personally treated for addiction, Mark discovered his passion for helping other addicts and the idea for The Source was born.

Mark envisions The Source as a holistic, up-scale and exclusive Addiction Treatment Center where clients in recovery are treated with respect and dignity. His mission for The Source is to treat each client with a program that is compassionate, personalized and focused on the individual’s specific needs.

Bill Rodman
Director of Operations

When you arrive at The Source, one of the first people you will meet is co-founder and Director of Operations; Bill Rodman. Bill is one of those people that can’t help but put a smile on your face; but it wasn’t always that way.

Bill was born in California, and at the age of eight his father passed away. He moved to Mexico with his mother where grew up fatherless and ended up as part of the wrong crowd. As a result, he began his drinking and drugging at an early age. Fast forward 30 or so years and relocated back in Florida, Bill had been in and out of rehab several times in-between jobs. His last run on crack nearly killed him. Knowing that he would soon die if he didn’t make drastic life changes, Bill took one more attempt at rehab, AA, and actively working the 12 steps. He got a sponsor, went to countless meetings, eventually began sponsoring others, and in time he co-founded The Source.

So no one “gets it” better than Bill!

Bill’s passion and true desire is to help those who are sick and suffering. As Director of Operations at The Source, he gets to know each client personally and always takes the time to talk with, and help clients in need. His goal is to bring treatment professionals together to foster teamwork and growth within the industry. “Working for The Source does not feel like work. It’s like being a part of a family with one common goal,” says Bill.

In addition to her work at The Source, she has developed workshops, programs, and curriculums that allow patients to participate in food and addiction recovery programs.

Ms. Painton-Hathaway brings with her an understanding and compassion to her clients that depends on effective communication and empathy to help them navigate through the most challenging periods in their lives. As a person in recovery herself, she knows firsthand how difficult it is to recover from substance abuse and the challenges that come along with addiction. She offers a personal perspective to help those who are also suffering from addiction.

She is an advocate for eradicating the stigma of addiction. “At the Source we believe everyone deserves a chance to recover. We love you until you can love yourself.”

Randy Clark

He is very often the first person from The Source to speak with and meet clients. As Vice President of Outreach, Randy comes to the Source with more than 20 years of management experience.

But Randy is on his own journey of recovery, and he will openly say that “if I can recover from this disease, anyone can.” Randy is a Marine Corps combat vet and knows first-hand how damaging the effects of trauma and PTSD can be.  This experience allows him to quickly build rapport with folks having a high level of stress and trauma. His own experiences with addiction and recovery have ignited his passion for helping sick and suffering addicts.

The foundation of Randy’s success in leading the outreach team, are in his core beliefs and The Source mission that states; “every client is to be treated as a family member, we will never over commit or exaggerate our resources and we will never sacrifice integrity to attract a client .

Randy believes that The Source must represent the needed changes required in the treatment industry. We seek to raise the overall level of integrity within the industry as a whole.  Randy has earned his credentials as Nationally Certified Advanced Clinical Intervention Professional (NCAICP) and Nationally Certified Recovery Coach (NCRC).  One of Randy’s favorite sayings is “gratitude fuels my day”.
