What to Expect During Intensive Outpatient Rehab

At The Source, we believe that the trigger of addiction is trauma. We have assisted countless clients over the years in identifying traumas in their life so that they can begin to address them and overcome their addiction. When you come to The Source, you will do this through participating in different forms of therapy. For example, behavioral therapy will help you to retrain your brain so that you can start to have healthy responses to different situations. Instead of putting yourself in a position where you feel tempted to use your substance of choice, you will be able to recognize the fact that that situation is not worth jeopardizing your sobriety.

Another type of therapy that you will experience at Philadelphia drug rehab program is group therapy. This type of therapy gives you the chance to make personal connections with other people in your group as you discuss different topics associated with addiction and recovery. Continuously participating in group therapy will help you develop your system of support and develop a better understanding of this disease.

How Much Does Rehab Cost?

A leading reason why many clients make the decision to trust The Source team to aid them in their recovery is because of our personalized approach to care. When you initially reach out to us, we will begin to speak with you about the history of your addiction and begin to explore possible traumas in your life that may have led to that addiction.

Due to the fact that we take this individualized approach to treatment, there is not a set cost associated with our treatment plans. There are some clients that may need a more comprehensive care approach while many others may need a completely different level of care. Regardless of the situation that you find yourself in, however, we will do what we can to work with you so that you can receive the recovery assistance that you need.

Does Insurance Cover IOP Rehab?

We do everything that we can to provide you with the opportunity to receive the care that you need which is why we accept a number of different insurance providers. Over the last few years, insurance companies have developed a better understanding of the fact that addiction is a disease. As a result, there are multiple insurance companies that will now cover all or part of your time at The Source.

It’s important that you have an understanding of the terms of your insurance coverage. While it’s true that there are insurance providers that will 100% cover the cost associated with your care, however, there may be certain restrictions. For instance, it’s not uncommon for an insurance company to only cover a set amount of days of treatment while there are many others that will not cover the cost of a detox program. Remember, if you need help determining the extent of your insurance coverage, you can always ask a member of our team for assistance.

What is the Difference Between Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab?

As you begin to work toward putting together a recovery plan, one of the important decisions that you will need to make is whether you are going to commit yourself to a partial hospitalization program or an outpatient program. Before you make your decision, it’s important that you understand the differences between the two options.

Our partial hospitalization program is specifically designed for clients that want to take advantage of around the clock care that our team can provide to you. We will set you up in one of our luxurious single-family residences that is within close proximity to both our Fort Lauderdale facility as well as the beautiful beach and other attractions in the area. Although you will be required to participate in a minimum of 25-hours of therapy throughout the week, you will have an abundance of opportunity to enjoy the amenities that we provide you.

An outpatient treatment program, on the other hand, is specifically designed for clients that don’t have the ability to commit to a partial hospitalization program but still recognize the fact that they need help when it comes to addressing the different components of their addiction. If you decide that our general outpatient program is more well-suited for you than our intensive outpatient program, you will spend approximately three hours per week participating in group therapy and one hour in individual therapy. The focus of your program will be to provide you with the tools that you need to prevent relapse and maintain your sobriety. This is important because when you’re faced with these everyday challenges, you need to know what to do to avoid temptation.
