What Is Inpatient Drug Rehab?

Do you feel as though your current home environment is negatively impacting your overall sobriety? If the answer is yes, then it may be in your best interests to leave your home environment for a period of time so that you can exclusively focus on yourself and your needs. There are several advantages when it comes to making this decision which is why you should always consider it when speaking to your intake team.

How Long Does Rehab Take?

At our drug detox in Cincinnati, we understand that you can never take a one size fits all approach to addiction recovery. This means that the duration of the treatment program that works for you may not be ideal for another person. That is why we offer recovery programs that vary in length. For instance, if you still feel leery about the premise of addiction treatment, then you may feel more comfortable beginning your recovery program with a 30-day treatment plan. However, if you feel more confident with the steps that you’re taking to receive help and care, you can start off with a 60 or 90-day program. Keep in mind that you can always extend your treatment program at any time from a 30-day program to 60 or 90 days. Also, you can transition from a partial hospitalization program into an outpatient drug rehab program as a way to extend your recovery journey. The Source team will continuously check in with you to ensure that you are still on the best treatment journey for you.

What Is Outpatient Rehab?

Outpatient rehab is the most flexible treatment option that we offer at The Source Treatment Center. An outpatient treatment program requires just four hours of therapy per week. Three of these hours will include group therapy while the remaining hour will revolve around participating in individual therapy. Group therapy and individual therapy are two of the most important forms of counseling that you will receive during your time in treatment. Group therapy, for example, helps you to make connections with other people that are working their way through their own treatment plan. This additional support and understanding can help to keep you focused and motivated on the steps that you’re taking in your own life. Individual therapy, on the other hand, is a wonderful tool that provides you with a more private environment to talk about events in your life that may have negatively impacted your sobriety. You can also make changes and adjustments to your treatment program if needed.

IOP

IOP, also known as an intensive outpatient program, is a popular treatment option for a variety of reasons. For example, if you recently completed a partial hospitalization program, then you can use an intensive outpatient program as a step-down option when it comes to your treatment plan. You will not have the requirement of 25 hours of treatment that you need to commit to each week with a partial hospitalization program, however, you will still need to complete more hours of treatment in comparison to a general outpatient program. This treatment option is also an excellent option if you have part-time work or school responsibilities. Similar to a general outpatient program, our treatment team will do everything that we can to work around you and your schedule so that you never need to feel as though you need to choose between addiction treatment and the important responsibilities in your life.

PHP

PHP, also known as a partial hospitalization program, provides you with the around-the-clock care that you may need during this stage of your recovery journey. When you come to The Source, we will provide you with a beautiful and luxurious home away from home type of environment in one of our luxurious single-family residences. You will have continuous access to your treatment team so that you will be able to feel the care and support that they offer when you need it the most. Not only will you have access to your treatment team, but you will also have the opportunity to interact with other people that are working their way through their own treatment program. You may find that this level of support changes your outlook on recovery on a whole which means that you’re able to truly take steps toward making differences in your life that will help you to establish and maintain your sobriety.
