There may be several reasons why a person begins to struggle with addiction. He or she may have suffered a traumatic experience in their childhood such as physical or emotional abuse. Others may have bravely served in the military or as first responders and now they are haunted by things they experienced during that time. Regardless of the reasons why you may be suffering from addiction, there is no doubt that addiction is something that no person ever asks for or wants to go through. At The Source Treatment Center in Fort Lauderdale, we work closely with each of our clients to help them to work through the events in their life that may have triggered their addiction so that they can move forward and live a more fulfilling life.

What to Expect During Intensive Outpatient Rehab

An intensive outpatient treatment plan is a level of care that’s a middle ground between a partial hospitalization plan and an outpatient treatment program. Although you will not receive the round-the-clock care that’s offered through our partial hospitalization program, you will still receive more comprehensive care than what is offered through our outpatient program.

Before you begin your program, we will do a full physical and psychological assessment of your overall health. This would include meeting with a member of our team to begin to talk about your psychological background and different experiences in your history that may have had a lasting impact on you. We will also perform different blood and physical tests to ensure that while you are with us for your recovery you remain in good health.

If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction, call The Source today.  Our treatment specialists are available 24/7 to discuss your options and help you find the perfect solution (800) 204-0418.

Clients that decide to enroll in our intensive outpatient program will focus on the events or traumas in their life that may have led them down the path of addiction. This is done through participation in traditional forms of therapy such as group therapy and individual therapy as well as cutting edge therapeutic treatments such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy as well as traumatic incident reduction therapy.

As you begin to work your way through these different forms of therapy, it’s possible that you may struggle with certain aspects of them. This is where we encourage you to rely on The Source team for the support and reassurance that you need to navigate through these difficult times. As long as you continue to remain open to treatment, you will only continue to grow as you recover so that you can focus on achieving lifelong sobriety.

How Much Does Rehab Cost?

One of the understandable concerns that many of our prospective clients express is the cost associated with care. It’s important to remember that treatment and recovery can take many forms. For example, there may be certain care that you require that another client may not. Therefore, the cost associated with your recovery plan is connected to your specific level of care.

We believe that every person that wants to commit themselves to recovery should have the opportunity to do so. If you are concerned about the cost of your care, let us know. We will do everything we can to work with you so that you have the chance to come to The Source for treatment or help you find quality treatment with one of our trusted partners.

Does Insurance Cover IOP Rehab?

Over the years, private insurance companies have come to realize that addiction is a disease. The phases of both addiction and recovery are not something that any person would knowingly ask for or would want to go through. With this realization, there are numerous insurance companies that will now either completely cover the cost of a treatment program or help to offset it. The Source proudly accepts and works with a number of these private insurance companies as a way to ease the financial burdens of a treatment plan.

Keep in mind that not every private insurance company offers the same type of coverage. There are many insurance companies that may only cover a treatment plan for you for a set number of days while there are many others that will only pay a percentage of the overall cost. If you need help navigating the terms of your coverage, just let us know. Our team is always happy to help you in cutting through the red tape.

What is the Difference Between Inpatient and Outpatient?

The major difference between an inpatient and an outpatient treatment plan is your physical location during the course of your treatment. Clients that decide to work through our inpatient program will be set up at one of our luxurious residential houses in Fort Lauderdale. These renovated single-family residences provide all of the amenities of home which can include a swimming pool, a backyard barbeque grill, a warm and comfortable bed, and a location that’s just a few minutes away from the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach.

Miami residents that decide to work through our intensive outpatient program or our general outpatient program will come to our facility on different days and times throughout the week. Our intensive outpatient program clients will participate in a minimum of nine hours of treatment per week. Note that our outpatient treatment programs do offer the option of housing, so if you prefer to reside with us during your time in treatment rather than travel from Miami each day, we can happily accommodate your housing needs.
