What is Inpatient Drug Rehab?
When you’re grappling with active addiction, you may not realize the important influence that the people, places and things around you can have on your struggles. For example, if you live with a person that does not understand the fact that addiction is a disease, you may not feel encouraged to pursue the type of treatment that you need to overcome your addiction. This is where taking advantage of an inpatient treatment program through The Source Treatment Center could make an incredible change in your life.
If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction, call The Source today. Our treatment specialists are available 24/7 to discuss your options and help you find the perfect solution (800) 204-0418.
At the Source Treatment Center, we provide our clients with the opportunity to enroll in an inpatient treatment program that will suit their individual recovery needs. Your program will incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques that will help you to achieve your sobriety goals.
How Long Does Rehab Take?
At The Source Treatment Center, we believe that you can’t put an exact timeframe on how long it will take to fully heal from the disease of addiction. However, we do believe in long term treatment because we know that it takes time to fully resolve the underlying causes of addiction. We also know that ongoing long-term support is necessary in the life of anyone in recovery. We are here to support our clients for the long haul in one form or another.
We will base your addiction treatment plan around a number of factors. First and foremost, our team will access the severity of your addiction. From there, we will go into greater detail about any personal issues that you may be experiencing or traumas that you may have endured throughout your life. Examples include any mental health conditions, as well as other special considerations that should be taken into account as you begin your new journey toward sobriety.
An understandable concern among many of our prospective clients is whether they can continue to work while attending alcohol and drug detox in Fort Lauderdale. If you have the flexibility to take a leave of absence from work and can come to our treatment center, we will collaborate with you to develop a return-to-work plan. This type of planning will help you to ease back into the normal schedule of work once you’re ready. When you come to The Source, you will be assigned a case manager who, with your permission, can help communicate your treatment plan with your employer so there are not any negative consequences for seeking help for addiction.
What is Outpatient Rehab?
With years of experience in the industry, we understand that you can never take a “one size fits all” approach to addiction treatment and recovery. Many of our clients understand that a recovery program is a must but, due to personal or professional responsibilities, he or she simply cannot enroll in an inpatient program. For these clients, we offer the option to participate in one of our outpatient treatment plans.
Outpatient treatment provides clients with the flexibility to focus on treatment during the day and return home in the evening. In outpatient treatment, you will participate in group and individual therapy and work closely with our clinical and support staff. What sets outpatient treatment apart is the ability to attend to other areas of your life, like work, school, or family, while also receiving high quality treatment.
IOP – Intensive Outpatient Program
Our intensive outpatient program, IOP, is designed for clients that do not require around the clock care but understand that they need a more structured treatment plan than our outpatient program. Clients that decide to enroll in our IOP will receive at least nine hours of treatment per week. These therapeutic treatments help clients to have a better understanding of the traumas in your life that may have led you to addiction as well as what you can do to avoid falling into active addiction in the future.
Similar to both our outpatient and partial hospitalization program, clients that work through an IOP will participate in various types of counseling including group and individual therapy. Group therapy is extremely beneficial to your overall recovery because it helps you connect with others and start to develop a system of support with people who’ve had similar experiences. The realization that you are not alone in your battle against addiction can be comforting and reassuring to any person, regardless of what stage of recovery you’re in.
Individual therapy, on the other hand, allows you to meet with your counselor in a more personalized setting. These sessions will help you develop a better understanding of how the traumas in your life may have led to your addiction. Furthermore, we can help you to develop a plan to avoid and cope with the daily triggers that you may face so that you can stay on the path of sobriety.
PHP – Partial Hospitalization Program
If you have been suffering from a long-standing addiction, our Partial Hospitalization Program, also known as PHP, may be better suited for you. This program provides a protected environment for a period of time while you begin to recover physically and emotionally from the consequences of addiction.
While you’re participating in the different therapies that are available here, you will have peace of mind of knowing that you can relax in one of our luxurious single-family residences which feature all of the comforts of home, and perhaps more. Along with access to our staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will also have the opportunity to take part in activities with others including working out at the gym, having a massage or attending outside 12-step meetings.
