Randy is an amazing and compassionate person who has a heart for people entrenched in addiction. I reached out for help for my friend in CA who was ready to overcome but ended up in the hospital before we could make his travel arrangements to the The Source. Even though we didn’t end up using the rehabilitation available, Randy made sure that the phone I purchased got to the shelter where my friend stayed (this included hours on the phone to check on a shipping delay due to a storm and contacting the shelter’s main office to ensure delivery). He also checked in regularly for an update on my friends sobriety progress. The phone ended up being the lifeline that helped him stay connected & overcome. He’s 6 months sober and going strong!!!! My friend and I will be forever grateful for Randy’s knowledge and assistance. If you’re looking for a place to help that cares about you or your loved ones addiction, this is the place.

Before I came to The Source I was broken, I had burned every single relationship in my life, I hated myself, and I had no confidence in my ability to stay clean. Today I have one year clean and sober, I’ve reconnected with my family, I work full time in treatment, and have worked through the steps of the AA program. The Source is unlike any other treatment center I have been to. I’ve been made many false promises by other facilities, but everything that Randy and Bill said to me on the phone was true. As soon as I got to the source I felt like part of the family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I received the therapy that I needed. I was able to work through past trauma that I was never given the chance to do before and it has changed my life and my recovery. After I graduated from the program I was offered a full time job working at the source, and it has been a goal of mine to work in treatment and share my experience with others. Thanks to the Source and their team I was able to work through the emotional pain that was holding me back and have the confidence I need to move forward. I just celebrated one year clean and sober and am more stable in my life and recovery than I have ever been. Thank you to the amazing team that was there to carry me through!

I cannot reiterate enough on the professionalism and dedication the source performs. I'm a pretty stubborn person and very skeptical most times. It didn't take long at all to realize the level of care The source operates in. I came here a 1000% sure that I was going to do the bare minimum just to get home. I truly feel like I gained a family that I can take with me on my continued path of recovery. I know the source talks a big game of compassion and having any tool to help you reach your goals. But they absolutely back it up. A huge shout out to bill, Julie and Cammie. Words can not express my level of appreciation. All the other staff too, I could go on and on. Thank you for creating an environment to thrive in. Not only to get sober, but create an awesome life by clearing out the junk that caused me to use substances in the first place. There are many different therapies that this addiction treatment facility has to offer, as well as an array of therapists and facilitators that offer different outlets and perspectives. Everyone at this facility actually cares about you and puts your sobriety at the top of there list. They don’t just want you to get sober short term, but give you the tools to achieve long term sobriety for your real life. I am blessed I had the opportunity to go to the source, and learn from all of the source staff, or better put, the source family. Thanks again for another shot at an awesome life!!!

Thank god for the Source!!! Loved this place!! Very professional and they have a VERY well rounded program including one on one personal therapy, trauma therapy, family and group therapy. This place has been a life saver!! My daughter has never been to a treatment center where she has felt so loved, respected, encouraged and supported with a multitude of therapies and counselors. Our family has been treated with the same care and concern as well as honest helpful advice. Every one on staff has been available and willing to answer questions, concerns or updates on our daughter through phone calls or emails expediently. I would recommend The Source for you or your loved one if you want to truly have addiction recovery!

I have spent the past 6 weeks @ the source & let me start by saying that you could not find a better place to recover from Addiction. It is one big family that truly care about you. I wanna give my favorite tech Caileigh a special thanks for being a friend to listen when i needed an ear. Also wanna mention Bill, the owner, goes above & beyond to get your needs met. If you or a loved one are looking for help, STOP LOOKING! You’ve found it! The Source has helped me in ways I didn’t think were possible. Everyone that works there played a key role in my recovery. The therapy you will receive is some of the greatest therapy I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is warm and welcoming and all of them understand because they’ve all been where you are! I was at the lowest point in my life when I called Randy and he told me about Bill and the rest of the staff at The Source. And that call was the most important call I ever made. If you are struggling, stop waiting and pick up that phone, a beautiful life is waiting for you I promise!

I was so lost in my addiction. From the chaos to the constant lying to others and to myself ! I just wanted my addiction to stop before it killed me .The source was a life changing experience. The source saved my life . You have to want your sobriety ! So if you want your sobriety and you want to learn about why you are the way you are ? There is no place better then the source . Your addiction is paramount to everyone from Bill the owner to Elsa one of the therapists to Karen one of the group therapists to Matt one of the techs etc . To many to list . They have several treatments from brain-mapping to bio- beds to family therapy etc . To many to list . They find out about you . Then break you open and put you back together ! They give you tools and training for life . Helping you build better connections to maintain your sobriety. We are always going to be addicts . The source shows you how a healthy sober lifestyle is maintained. If you want that ?? Get yourself in to the source .

I cannot fully put into words how eternally grateful I am for The Source treatment center. I ended up at the exact right place at the exact right time to salvage what was left of my life. Randy spoke at a different PHP program that I was attending and I immediately knew what my next step would be. Bill and Mark run an amazing program. I was literally welcomed with open arms and made to feel like family instantly. The genuine care and love from this staff is something that you won’t find anywhere else. My therapist, Ann was the best. I’d never felt more comfortable opening up to one than I did with her. Michelle the Nurse was always around when I needed her and she would really advocate for my health needs. Susan the Art Therapy facilitator always brightened my day. Danny, Emilly, Camie. I could go on and on. Bottom line is that we do recover and this place and the people in it are miracle workers and I am one of the miracles to prove it!

I can honestly say that the source is by FAR the best treatment center I've ever been to. Why? Because they aren't all about the money like most rehabs and they genuinely care about each and every one of their clients. Its truly incredible. I came in after an unplanned pregnancy.. I was scared, and broken in every way possible.. I had burned every bridge with my loved ones and desperately needed help. What I found far exceeded my expectations.. I was greeted with love, compassion, and unending support. In addition to the beautiful housing, they took me to all my prenatal appointments, got me what I needed for my pregnancy when I had nothing, and best of all, gave me HOPE that change was possible. Here everything was different. I began to open up, and come out of my shell.. They helped me rebuild broken relationships with my family, for which I will be eternally grateful, and let go of bad habits that were taking me out. I come out today with nearly six months sober, something I never felt was possible. I also have a new sense of purpose, my family back in my life, and a newfound excitement for motherhood and future I never thought existed. Thank you all so much.

I am a parent of a loved one trying to understand and help my family member with recovery. Randy has educated me, helped me find a sober living community, and guided me every step of the way. He still continues to reach out to me, and is going to visit my son where he is currently living. I would highly recommend going to “ the source”, just for the reason that Randy is involved with this facility. His intentions are solely to help and it’s never been about the money 😊

I have been to a few treatment centers and am incredibly thankful to have ended up at The Source. Bill and Randy have far exceeded my expectations when it comes to making this feel like home. From the moment I reached out to them, they let me know that they are not like most treatment centers, that they are like a family. They really mean this! For the first time I haven’t been counting down days until program completion. I feel like the work I’m doing is actually helping me. The staff is incredible and kind. The therapists know how to get inside your head. The facilities are clean and accommodating. There are loads of activities to participate in. Overall the Source is a fantastic place to turn to when looking for recovery.

I came into the source treatment center one year ago in November & I was a mess. I was a total broken and shattered person. It was my very first time in treatment after running since I was 15& i am now 25 I had no clue what I was getting myself into. I didn’t get it the first or Second time but this place never one time gave up on me. Never let me think there wasn’t any hope. My family was waiting to bury me and everyone just wanted it to end any way that it possibly could. Today I am sober, I have built a life I don’t want to destroy & I never thought I would ever be in this head space. I cant say enough to explain how great this center is. A genuine caring & family attitude is what you will experience. First I have to say that Randy Clark definitely saved my life. Randy came to visit me at the hospital after my wife inquired about the Source. I was in a really bad way and I was definitely hesitant about going into treatment thinking primarily about my career and feeling ashamed. Randy met with my wife and mother and gave them the guidance on how to get me in to a safe detox before I went to the Source. Randy was there for me when I was discharged from detox and has stayed in touch with me frequently. Randy shared his story with me and shot it straight with me on what work I needed to do. " You get out what you put in " Once I arrived at the Source I was introduced to a fair, kind and knowledgeable man named Bill Rodman. Bill is a very busy guy at the Source however he always makes you feel special. I don't want to leave anyone out however I would have to write a book to give everyone the credit they deserve. Bill stayed in touch with my wife and gave her support on how to help me avoid possible dangerous situations. No matter what may be your situation this family has experience on helping you, if you want your life back. I am Thankful this Thanksgiving and always for my recovery and that I am blessed to have The Source in my life.

Randy Clark was A tremendous help in my recovery. Even though I didn’t go to this treatment center in particular he helped me find the courage to go into treatment and help with the process from detox to IOP and sober living. In the first two months of my recovery I called him every day and he always answered the phone or got back to me right away. I could not have done this process without him. He even kept in contact with my dad who knew nothing about recovery and helped him with encouragement that I would be able to do this if I tried and put my all in it! I did exactly that and I’ve been seven months clean! He is truly my rock!

On November 1, 2019 my mom and i decided to take a leap in faith and seek help for our love one. My sister n law had already provided her with this brochure regarding information about the source . From the looks of the brochure I immediately headed over to the center located off of Commercial. When we arrived there , no one was at the facility so i began researching and was able to get into contact with Randy. During this time Randy was having dinner and with out any hesitation Randy told me , give him 30 minutes. He could off simply heard my situation over a phone call or even a text but he made it his job to come meet with my mom and I. Randy shared with us his situation , meanwhile following after my mom and I began to explain to him exactly what was going on . From that moment on it was when I knew we were dealing with the right person.Just by the conversation alone which took place , reassured my mom and I that we have made a good decision. After leaving the source my heart felt so much better , I immediately began calling my siblings to let them know that Randy , will be able help guide us in the right direction My mom and i felt so relieved that night . Fast forward to right now currently Randy is still helping my family get through this and coaching us every step of the way. God couldn't have placed anyone else in our lives to help us .Thank you again were for ever gratefulTamara

I have to say how my experience with a team member from the source has impacted my family! We contacted “The Source “ and Randy Clark responded. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about addiction, he knew exactly how to assist my family. What’s unique about the service we received from Randy is that after he confirmed we did NOT have the insurance to receive treatment from the source he promptly linked us to a treatment center that did accept our insurance. Randy helped us help our love one get into treatment. Randy knew the importance of time and that we needed to move quickly! He arranged transportation for our loved one to get to the treatment center and secured our love in treatment within 1 day of contacting him. Randy took ownership and really exercised compassion towards my family! He even assisted my family and coached us all along while we worked to get our love one in treatment. Although our love one is in not at “The Source” treatment center, I can only imagine how great of a team the source has and the excellent work they are doing! I am forever grateful for your help Randy!

Please take this as a real post. Due to my job I cannot put my name on here. I came to the source six months ago. When I first came they kept telling me it was a family and I would cringe. Six months later I agree; It is a family. The staff is compassionate and talented. The program is diverse with art therapy, music therapy, group therapy, and one on one counseling. The program is small enough so that you get to know all the other clients well And everyone treats each other with respect. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It’s saved my life. I am so grateful that it helped me get back on my feet emotionally and physically

I came into treatment at The Source reluctant. My girlfriend was 6 mos pregnant and there were many promises made that I felt were too good to be true. I wasn’t fully ready but I knew I needed to find a place that would take a couple that is expecting which is extremely unlikely with treatment facilities. Randy delivered on every promise, Bill (owner) goes above and beyond, and even when I was teetering on possible relapse and not being myself, they never wavered. We are safe, healthy, and have the most consecutive time under our belts we’ve ever had. These people truly care and do whatever it takes for the welfare of their clients. Even on my most difficult days I can’t say anything negative about my experience with The Source. My baby’s almost here and we’re are excited to be the great, healthy, parents we know we can be thanks to the support of The Source.

My life was literally saved by the staff here. This past august through my addiction and actions over the last 38 years I was at my lowest point.I was mid cut through my right wrist (have the scar to prove it!). Something that I now know was God had me stop and post HELP on Facebook which I did. Only one out of my then hundreds of friends replied and said my friend Randy Clark from the SOURCE is going to call you in the next five minutes. It was an eternity waiting less than the minute it for him to call. He took hours out of his night trying to reach me and the next morning upon finding my Cigna card and giving him the information he needed, he ran it and said "that I was not in their network". That is where this story should have ended, so I thought. He proceeded unfazed and with nothing to gain for his center or so I thought and continued to fight for me! He got me into a another treatment center and even toured it on my behalf to make sure I would be safe and taken care of. He even helped me arrange transport and while in another detox and center was my only visitor and is still cheering me on and always available ANYTIME I need him. I owe my life to these people and Randy Clark and I am not even a client. I can speak to their authenticity and I did not even go there. This is a REAL review for anyone who has lost hope or as they say "is a long shot". I am so blessed to have them in my corner.

Even though my son's insurance would not cover treatment at The Source, their VP Randy has gone above and beyond what anyone else has done for us at any of the treatment facilities my son has been in over the past 5 years. He helped us find covered treatment facilities which he personally vetted, and helped me to stop killing my son with enabling. l can not say enough about the level of caring he extended to our family - these people get what a terrifying ordeal addiction is, for the entire family involved, and Randy has made me feel I am not alone, and helped me to finally embrace Al-Anon and put my trust in a higher power, to stop trying to fix things.

The outreach staff are very helpful, going beyond what would be expected. They are there to help even if you do not go to their treatment center. They helped our daughter, after being discharged to the street from a local hospital, find a safe place. Highly recommend them as our daughter responded to their help which surprised us! As a mother all you want is for your child to have the life they deserve. My daughter has struggled with addiction for years, and she has been to more treatment facilities than I can count. She has not been a part of the family for some time. She has told me that this is the way she will always be, there is no hope. The source gave her a home when she had none. She referred to them as her family and being there felt like home. I am grateful that while our family relations were being restored she had a place to call home and people to call family. She is 6 months sober today... has a job and a life she can be proud of. Thank you to the Source for giving me my daughter back, I am forever grateful.

Everyone from the management to the therapist as well as clients really care about your well being. They will accommodate your individual needs to the fullest. The residence are roomy clean and safe.. Classes are to the point and Relevant. I would recommend The Source to my family s well anyone else with addiction.

This was an awesome place! When i literally had no where to go these guys picked me up and took care of me. They treat you like family here and if you ever need something done they will help you however way they can! They made me feel welcome and what they try to teach you is coping skills, relapse prevention, paws, and feeling awareness. Fantastic place
