Alcohol addiction is something that can be absolutely life-shattering for any person. Although you may wake up every morning with the best intentions, you find yourself struggling throughout the day. You start to think of what it would feel like to take that first sip of alcohol at the end of a long day. Finally, you come to a place where you simply cannot take it anymore and you find yourself stopping at the liquor store or your local bar on the way home promising yourself that this is going to be the last time. Countless people fall into the terrible and continuous cycle of addiction every single day. While your situation may feel hopeless, hope is always possible when you reach out to the right team of addiction experts for help.

At The Source Treatment Center, we will help you to work through and overcome this terrible disease. We recognize the fact that every individual has their own personal experience with addiction which is the reason why it’s critical that every client that comes to our treatment facility has the opportunity to work through a recovery program that is specific to their needs.

Inpatient Alcohol Rehab

If you live in an environment that does not support sobriety, you may find it difficult if not impossible to maintain your sobriety even if you are working through a treatment program. The temptation will be stronger than ever because perhaps the person that you live with is suffering from their own addiction or perhaps you live in an area that impacted your addiction in the first place. If you find yourself in this situation, then the best recovery solution for you may be alcohol detox with our partial hospitalization program.

During a partial hospitalization program, you will be able to live in one of our luxurious family residences. You will also have around-the-clock access and care from our trained addiction experts as well as ample downtime for you to reflect and relax on your day. If there is anything that we can do to make your time in treatment more successful, just let us know and we will do everything that we can to accommodate.

If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction, call The Source today.  Our treatment specialists are available 24/7 to discuss your options and help you find the perfect solution (800) 204-0418.

Outpatient Alcohol Rehab

At The Source, we offer two unique outpatient treatment programs. When considering which option is best for you, it’s strongly recommended that you take the time to speak to a member of our team to talk about which program suits your needs. Our intensive outpatient program and our general outpatient programs are more flexible in comparison to a partial hospitalization program and will still allow you to go to work or school which is an understandable concern for many people.

What is Outpatient Alcohol Rehab Like?

Your time in outpatient treatment will be primarily spent in therapy. If you commit to an intensive outpatient program, you will need to complete a minimum of nine hours of therapeutic treatment each week whereas if you decide that a general outpatient program is more suitable for you, you will need to complete at least four hours of therapy each week. The types of therapy that you can expect to experience during your time in outpatient treatment include:

  • Behavioral therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Trauma therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Individual therapy

What is Alcohol Rehab Like at The Source?

At The Source, we do everything that we can to provide our clients with the home away from home environment that they need as they begin to address the different factors associated with their addiction to alcohol. The focus of your time in treatment will be to identify the root cause of your addiction so that you can begin to take steps to heal from these traumas. The main way that you will do this is through taking part in therapy. Although it may feel awkward or painful to talk about these events, by letting go and allowing yourself to be guided through the healing process, you will come to find a peace that you may not have ever had before.

What Happens After Rehab?

Committing to working through a rehab program is only the first step in a lifelong recovery process. When you get toward the end of your treatment, our team will begin to speak with you in more detail about your plans for once you are done with treatment like womens rehab. Something that we strongly recommend is that every client take advantage of our aftercare program. This program will allow you to stay in communication with The Source staff and also help you to interact with other clients that have completed their own treatment program on a monthly basis.

Another suggestion that we always give our clients is that they locate and attend 12-step meetings on a regular basis. You will quickly come to find that 12-step meetings are similar to group therapy in many different ways. First and foremost, you will have the opportunity to speak with other clients that are working through their own recovery program during these sessions. The topics will almost always be different during every session which means that you will have the opportunity to talk about subjects such as sobriety, addiction, and recovery. Not only will you be encouraged to share during these meetings the way that you did in group therapy, but you will be encouraged to listen so that you can continue to grow in your own sobriety.

Remember, The Source team is available around the clock to help you to get started on developing a plan for you to come to alcohol rehab. You don’t have to suffer alone or in silence, if you’re struggling with this disease.
