The Source’s (PHP) Residential Inpatient Program centers on a 30 to 90-day program beginning with a thorough clinical and medical assessment. Each day beginning at 8:00 AM and ending at 10:00 PM, participating clients will work through a well-organized plan consisting of treatment activities personalized to the individual. Among these activities are individual therapy, educational lectures, specialty groups, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, fitness, and group therapy. This level of care is typically recommended for individuals who have:
• Been medically and clinically stabilized
• Have experienced chronic relapse or have made multiple attempts at treatment
• Would benefit from treatment focused on issues related to trauma, codependency, relapse and relationships
• Need specific, individualized treatment to work on dually diagnosed issues.
Our clients live in gender-specific safe and secure homes providing 24-hour supervision. During their treatment stay each patient is assigned a treatment team which includes a physician, nurse, psychologist, primary counselor, case manager, spiritual care counselor, family counselor, dietician, fitness trainer, chemical dependency counselor and a resident manager. This team is responsible for assessing and working with each patient to establish their own plan of care including post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing and long term recovery. During their stay, all clients develop a foundation in 12-Step recovery and are provided with the necessary tools to support the progress they have made during treatment. Upon completion of treatment, clients will possess a better understanding of the disease of addiction and recognize the necessity and importance of 12-Step involvement.
