Why Choose The Source for Opioid Rehab for Cincinnati Residents

An addiction to opioids is something that no person would ever knowingly want to develop. There are several different reasons why a person may develop an addiction to opioids. In many cases, this development is innocent due to the fact that they may have been prescribed this medication by their doctor as a result of an injury. For instance, if you recently went through surgery or you had a severe injury, your doctor may prescribe you medication that will help your body to rest by reducing the pain that you may be experiencing. There are also other illegal opioids that you may find yourself addicted to. These substances could easily cause havoc on your life and ultimately lead to your death unless you address your addiction sooner rather than later.

The Source Treatment Center, located in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida, provides you with the safe and sober environment that you need when you’re ready to address your addiction. We assist you in putting together your own individual treatment plan so that you can overcome your addiction once and for all.

Amazing Staff

One of the leading reasons why so many people turn to The Source for addiction treatment is our amazing staff. At our drug rehab in Cincinnati, we believe that in order to provide truly life-changing addiction recovery options, we need to take the opportunity to learn more about our clients on a personal basis. Whereas many other treatment facilities look at a person with addiction as just a person with addiction, we look at a person with addiction as a person struggling with disease and requiring a high level of personalized care to reestablish a healthy way of life. From the moment that you reach out to our intake team, you will undoubtedly feel the difference, the care, and the concern in our overall approach.

Fantastic Culture

The Source Treatment Center is based in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This area of the country is surrounded by a fantastic culture that can provide you with the basis that you need to work through your addiction. If you decide to take advantage of our partial hospitalization program, for example, you will have the opportunity to live in one of our single-family residences which is located close to the Fort Lauderdale beach. Not only will you be able to enjoy these beautiful surroundings but you will also be nearby different sober-friendly activities and venues which can help you to remain focused on the sobriety goals that you have for yourself.

Family Focused Opioid Therapy

If you’ve ever struggled with opioid addiction, you know full well that this addiction is something that can have a negative impact not only on your life but also on the relationships that you have with your family and close friends. You may find that they take steps away from the relationship and connection that they have with you simply because they are too heartbroken seeing you in the state that you’re in when you’re under the influence of opioids. However, once you begin the recovery process, you may be able to take steps toward putting these important relationships back together again.

Family therapy is an example of counseling that you can incorporate into your treatment program which may help you to reestablish those relationships with your family once again. This will take place in a neutral environment when you come to a place where you feel that you’re ready for it. Through the continued and added support of your loved ones, you may feel more driven and motivated to continue on in your recovery journey and you have a better chance of being able to maintain these important relationships in your life.

What Opioid Rehab is Like

The focus of your time in opioid rehab will be to determine and work through the root cause of your addiction. At The Source, we help our clients to identify the traumatic events in their life that may have triggered their addiction. The traumatic events behind addiction are different for every person. Whereas this traumatic event may have taken place for some people in their adulthood and is easily identifiable, there are other people who experience trauma in their childhood and cannot actively recall these events. We provide every client with the opportunity to participate in different forms of therapy which will help you to overcome addiction. Some of the examples of therapy that we offer at The Source include:

  • Trauma based therapy
  • Individual therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Behavioral therapy

The distinctions between these different forms of therapy are something that our intake team will explain to you during your initial phone call.

How Long Does Rehab Last?

Regardless of whether you opt to commit to a partial hospitalization program, an intensive outpatient program or a general outpatient program, you will need to decide whether you are going to participate in a 30, 60, or 90-day treatment plan. Ultimately, this is a personal decision, however, we strongly encourage you to allow our treatment team to help you make this important choice. Keep in mind that you can always begin your recovery in a partial hospitalization program and then switch to one of our two outpatient programs if you would like to continue on in your treatment. However, due to work or personal responsibilities, you may decide that you’re more well suited to begin in an outpatient program. When you reach out to our intake team, they will be able to provide you with more details about the differences in these treatment options.
