What Is Inpatient Drug Rehab?

When you are ready to work through your addiction, one of the decisions that you will need to make revolves around what type of treatment plan you would like to enroll in. At The Source, we give our clients the opportunity to take part in all aspects of complete drug rehab treatment including inpatient and outpatient programs.

If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction, call The Source today.  Our treatment specialists are available 24/7 to discuss your options and help you find the perfect solution (800) 204-0418.

For clients from Miami that decide to enroll in our inpatient program, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that you are under the around-the-clock care of the trained addiction experts here in our Fort Lauderdale treatment center. Each day you’ll be immersed in various forms of therapy that will help you to address the issues or traumas in your life that may have led to your addiction.

One of the leading benefits of enrolling in an inpatient treatment plan is the fact that you are removing yourself from the people, places, and things around you that may be contributing to your addiction in Miami. Also, we provide you with a safe environment where you can truly begin to focus on what steps you need to take to achieve lifelong sobriety. Your treatment plan will be centered on your participation in various forms of therapy that will help you to accomplish this goal.

How Long Does Rehab Take?

At The Source, we believe that it’s impossible to take a “one size fits all” approach to addiction treatment and recovery. That is why we never limit the amount of time that you can receive care at our facility to a set number of days. It’s important to remember that your addiction did not develop overnight, therefore, it will take more than just a few days to overcome it. You can rest assured, however, that our caring team of addiction experts will work with you every step of the way to provide you with the support that you need to address the traumas in your life that may have impacted your addiction.

It’s also important to remember that drug detox in Miami is a lifelong journey. Simply because you finish your initial treatment plan at The Source in Fort Lauderdale does not mean that we sever ties with you. Enrolling in our Alumni Program once you are done with your treatment plan helps you to remain in touch with the staff at The Source and other clients that have finished their own respective programs. We are located within a short drive of Miami, so it’s easy to stay connected in person as well as virtually.  A member of our team can speak with you more about our Alumni Program at any point during the course of your treatment.

What Is Outpatient Rehab?

If you recognize that you are struggling with drug addiction, but you do not have the flexibility to work through our inpatient treatment program, our outpatient program may be better suited to your needs. This program is specifically designed for clients who recognize that they are combating addiction and want to receive help for it, however, they are unable to commit to an inpatient program for personal or professional reasons.

To successfully complete our outpatient program, you will need to commit to at least three hours of group therapy per week as well as at least one hour of individual treatment per week. Over and above coming to our facility for treatment, we will also encourage you to take part in 12 step meetings around your area so that you can continue to develop a system of support that you can count on.  All of our outpatient treatment programs offer the option of residing in one of our beautiful sober living homes.  So if you wish to pursue outpatient treatment, and you also need a safe sober-friendly place to live, we can accommodate all of those needs.

IOP

Our intensive outpatient program, or IOP, provides you with the structure that you need to begin to address your addiction but does not provide the 24 hours care that you would receive through a partial hospitalization program. A client that participates in our intensive outpatient program will receive at least nine hours of treatment per week. Not only will you focus on traumas in your life, but you will also work in-depth with one of our counselors to formulate a plan that will reduce the possibility of falling back into addiction once you are done with treatment.

One of the reasons why clients decide to come to The Source is due to the fact that we offer a variety of different therapeutic approaches. We can talk with you at any point about implementing different forms of alternative therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy as well as Traumatic Incident Reduction Therapy.

PHP

A partial hospitalization program, also known as a PHP, provides you with the around-the-clock care that you may need when you are just starting your journey toward sobriety. Clients that decide to take advantage of this treatment option will live in one of our luxurious accommodations while they continue to work on healing from their addiction.

A typical week for a client that decides to enroll in our partial hospitalization program includes at least 25 hours of therapy as well as individual therapy and the opportunity to attend outside AA meetings and other activities and special events that our team has put together. You will also have downtime so that you can reflect on your day or you can go work out in the gym or indulge in a massage. Remember, our team strives to provide you with a calming and relaxing environment so if there is ever anything more that we can do to help you focus on your recovery, let us know and we will try to accommodate.

The team at The Source is always available to help you take the first steps toward overcoming your addiction. When you are ready to move past the stress and the chaos of addiction, we recommend that you reach out to us at (800) 204-0418 to begin to put together the framework of a treatment plan. Our team can have you on your way to our facility within 24 hours so that you can begin your new journey toward sobriety right away. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you through this new and exciting phase of your life.
