What to Expect During Intensive Outpatient Rehab
During your intensive outpatient program, you will dive headfirst into the events in your life that may have triggered your addiction. At The Source, we believe that the root cause of addiction is trauma. It’s possible that you may have unknowingly experienced a form of trauma that you were simply never able to overcome due to the fact that you did not receive the right kind of care during that time.
We provide our clients with the opportunity to take advantage of our various trauma-based therapies. An experienced member of our team will guide you through these individualized sessions so that the negative impact of these experiences will no longer trigger you to drink or use drugs. We also utilize other more traditional forms of therapy including group therapy and behavioral therapy.
Our team always goes above and beyond to ensure that you are progressing the way that you want to through your treatment program. Individual therapy provides us with the chance to check in with you to see how you’re doing and to discuss any topics that you don’t feel comfortable talking about in a group setting.
How Much Does Rehab Cost?
One of the common questions that we receive from clients that are interested in coming to The Source for treatment revolves around the cost associated with a treatment plan. It’s important to remember that the recovery needs of each person are different. For instance, a person that has struggled with a long-standing addiction may need more comprehensive care than another person. This is why we can only provide you with the cost of your care once you reach out to us and provide us with more information about your addiction and goals.
We will do everything that we can to work with any person that genuinely wants to overcome their addiction. We accept a number of private insurance carriers and can speak with you in greater detail about your financial situation when you first reach out to us.
Does Insurance Cover IOP Rehab?
Do you know that it was only recently that private insurance providers began to offer coverage for addiction treatment? Within the past few years, it’s been proven that an addiction to drugs or alcohol is a disease and not something that a person freely chooses. Afterall, when it comes to addiction, what person in their right mind would knowingly want to give that much power to a certain substance?
As a result, there are many insurance companies that will cover most of, if not all, of your time at The Source. It’s important that you understand the terms of your insurance coverage, however, because each insurance policy is different. For instance, there are some insurance companies that will only cover an intensive inpatient program for a certain number of days while other insurance companies may cover the entire cost of your stay but will not cover any cost associated with a detox program.
The Source team understands that you are in a transitional period in your life so it may be difficult for you to get the bottom-line answer regarding the terms of your coverage. If you need assistance in cutting through any of the red tape of your insurance or you need more help in ascertaining the terms of your coverage, we are here to help.
What is the Difference Between Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab?
Before you can begin to develop a plan for your treatment program, it’s critical that you understand the difference between an outpatient program and a partial hospitalization program. The Delray Beach clients that decide to take advantage of our partial hospitalization program will have the peace of mind of knowing that they have access to a member of The Source team around the clock. We will provide you with luxurious accommodations that are located in close proximity to our Fort Lauderdale facility. You will be required to participate in a minimum of 25 hours of therapeutic activity per week while your remaining time can be spent walking along the beach, working out or simply relaxing.
Our outpatient clients will still receive the same level of support but in a different type of setting. Intensive outpatient clients, for example, will be required to complete a minimum of 9 hours of therapy per week. When you are not at our Fort Lauderdale facility, you can return back home to Delray Beach to see to any of your personal or professional responsibilities.
