Rehab for Expecting Mothers

Finding out that you are pregnant can bring with it a variety of emotions. While you may feel excited, you may also feel overwhelmed and a sense of dread especially if you are actively addicted to drugs or alcohol. For these women, we offer the opportunity to take advantage of our partial hospitalization program. One of the first things that we will do when you come to The Source for treatment is that we perform a comprehensive physical and psychological workup of you. This will help us to develop a better understanding of your current health.

Our partial hospitalization program provides you with the around the clock care that you need during this time. Not only will you have access to a member of our team at any time during the night or the day. Whether you simply need to speak to someone or you have a medical emergency in connection to your pregnancy, you have the peace of mind of knowing that a member of our staff will always be there for you.

During the course of your treatment, you will participate in a minimum of 25 hours each week of therapy. When you aren’t in therapy, you will have the opportunity to relax in one of our luxurious accommodations, relax at the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach or attend one of the local AA or NA meetings. If there is anything that we can do to make your time with us more successful or comfortable just let us know. We will do everything that we can to accommodate.

Rehab for Women with Children

We understand that there are many women in the Boynton Beach area that may be combating an addiction, realize that they need help but they also have certain personal or professional responsibilities that would prevent them from enrolling in our partial hospitalization program. For mothers that have young children, our outpatient program options may be the best option for you. We offer intensive outpatient treatment programs as well as general outpatient programs.

For women that decide to enroll in our intensive outpatient treatment program will participate in a minimum of 9 hours of treatment per week while our general outpatient programs will take part in at least 4 hours of treatment. These forms of treatment will incorporate different forms of therapy including trauma-based therapy as well as more traditional forms of therapy such as group therapy and individual therapy. The type of trauma-based rehab that you will participate in will be determined once you begin your treatment plan and we work with you more.

Individual therapy, also known as one-on-one therapy, is an important part of your treatment plan due to the fact that it allows you to continuously check in with you as you progress through your program. If any adjustment needs to be made, we can do so during these interactions.
