Our Services

The Source Treatment Center team understands that addiction comes in a variety of shapes, forms and degrees. We have experience in working with clients that come from seemingly every walk of life. Our team has helped countless clients from around the country to overcome their addiction once and for all. At our facility, we bring a particular focus to traumas that you may have experienced in your life that triggered your addiction. Similar to addiction, traumas come in a variety of forms. For instance, it’s not out of the ordinary for a first responder to be a party to a particularly disturbing call that left an instant impact on the psychological well-being. Unfortunately, many first responders and soldiers do not receive the psychological counseling that they need to work through the different aspects of what they witnessed.

Drug Detox in Florida

Did you know that The Source has partnered with several detox facilities not only throughout Florida but all over the country to make the detox process easier to access for every client? We help clients from around the United States on a daily basis. If you’re from Florida but you’re not local to our area, it may be better for you to work through a detox program that is closer to your area because of how suddenly detox symptoms can manifest themselves. When you initially reach out to us, one of the things that we will go over with you is whether or not you need to first begin your treatment plan in detox.

Most of the clients that are struggling with drug abuse will need to begin their recovery program in detox. Cocaine, heroin and prescription medications are all examples of highly addictive substances. As a result, there will be a direct impact on your physical and psychological well-being within just a few hours from the time that you no longer consume your drug of choice.

The severity of your withdrawal symptoms will be dependent on a variety of factors. Some examples of information that you should share with us include your drug of choice and your frequency of use. The reason for this is not to embarrass you or make you feel uncomfortable but to determine the best steps that we can take to help you. For example, if you can’t go a few hours without consuming a substance, there is a strong likelihood that you may suffer with more severe detox symptoms. These details are things that we can prepare for as we are putting together your detox plan to ensure that no serious harm comes to you when you come to a detox facility.

Drug Rehab in Florida

Once you complete your drug detox in Florida, you can then begin to work closely with The Source team on developing a recovery plan that will meet the goals and expectations that you have for yourself and your long-term recovery. Remember, your recovery plan is specific to you so you will have the final say in the direction that it takes. It’s also important to remember that there are several components of your recovery plan. For instance, you may opt to begin your program in a 30-day partial hospitalization program and then decide to extend that plan. You may feel as though you can’t completely commit to a partial hospitalization program which would make you a more suitable candidate for one of our outpatient programs.

Regardless of the decision that you make, you can count on us to be there for you every step of the way. Addiction is the type of disease that can make you feel completely alone. When you begin to come into the light after being in the darkness for so long, our team will be there to help you get accustomed to this new way of living and all of the incredible benefits that come along with it.

Alcohol Detox Centers in Florida

In many ways, alcohol detox and drug detox are similar. Once your mind and body realizes that it will no longer be consuming your drink of choice, you may feel as though every aspect of yourself is going into a tailspin. Again, similar to drug detox, alcohol detox symptoms are incredibly unpredictable. Although we can make educated assumptions as to how severely you will feel these symptoms, there are always several variables.

During your first phone call, we strongly recommend that you divulge to us all of the details of your addiction including your drink of choice as well as your frequency of use. For instance, if you are a binge drinker on the weekends, there is a stronger possibility that you may not feel the impact of withdrawal symptoms in the same way that a person that drinks every day would. That is not to say that you won’t feel anything, however.

Typically, a person that goes through an alcohol detox program may feel sick to their stomach, an upswing in their anxiety or feeling generally sick. In more serious cases of withdrawal, however, there is a chance that you could suffer a seizure. A seizure could be debilitating in many ways and could even result in death. This is just one of the main reasons why you should never attempt to go through the withdrawal and detox process alone.

When you make the decision to go to one of our partnered detox facilities, you will have a certain peace of mind of knowing that you will be cared for and monitored around the clock by trained medical professionals, so you’re never put in a potentially jeopardizing situation. Although the detox process may feel harrowing at times, you can count on the team to provide you with the critical care that you need during the first week of your sobriety.

Why Alcohol Rehab in Florida

One of the struggles that many people that come to our treatment facility face is that they live in an environment that simply does not support sobriety or the fact that addiction is a disease. They may live with people that are spiraling in their own addiction or don’t understand the background or the science behind addiction. As a result, if you stay in that type of environment, you may be continuously exposed to substance abuse or ridicule from those around you that may make it all but impossible for you to maintain your sobriety.

When you make the choice to come to our alcohol rehab in Florida, you’re making a commitment to yourself to live a sober lifestyle. Although you may ultimately have to go back and interact with people that may not always be supportive and there is a high chance that at some point in your life you will be around people that are drinking, once you work through a program at The Source, you will develop a stronger understanding of your addiction and know what steps you need to take to not fall into the trap of addiction regardless of what is going on around you.

If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction, call The Source today.  Our treatment specialists are available 24/7 to discuss your options and help you find the perfect solution (800) 204-0418.

Inpatient Addiction Treatment in FL

One of the important components of your recovery entails changing the people, places and things around you that may have triggered your addiction. This is a mantra that you will hear quite often as work through your treatment program and it something that you should always remember well after you’re done with it. In light of this fact, we developed our partial hospitalization program. This program option places you in a safe, secure and sober environment throughout the course of your recovery.

The center point of your recovery plan will be therapy. Clients that decide to take advantage of our partial hospitalization program will spend a minimum of 25-hours per week in different therapy sessions. One of the main types of therapy that you will participate in during this time is group therapy. Group therapy is akin to a 12-step program in many ways because it helps you to share and listen to the strength, hope and experiences of other people that are working through their own recovery programs.

A member of our team will guide these sessions and the topics will usually vary each day. For instance, one day you may talk about a topic that is related to recovery while another day you may talk about techniques that you can utilize to avoid triggers in your life. We recommend that you share during these sessions whenever possible but also listen to the insight and experiences of other people in your group. You may come to find that you and others in your group have had similar experiences or share the same ideas on a certain subject which can help you begin to put together a system of support that will help you throughout the course of your program.

Inpatient Drug Rehab (Residential)

Are you on the fence about whether or not you would be a good fit for our residential treatment plan, also known as a partial hospitalization program? There are several wonderful benefits associated with enrolling in this type of treatment plan. First and foremost, you will benefit from the around the clock care and attention of our addiction experts. During the first few days and weeks of sobriety, it’s normal that you may feel lost. Emotions that you hid or were suppressing for a period of time may be rushing back to you or you may not always feel completely confident in your decisions. Partial hospitalization program clients have the peace of mind of knowing that a member of our team is there for them regardless of the hour. Whether you wake up panicking about something at 2AM or you feel overwhelmed at the end of a therapy session during the day, you can always turn to us to talk through how you’re feeling to ensure that you stay on a sober and successful track.

One of the other top benefits of coming to our residential treatment program is the fact that it allows you to focus exclusively on yourself. The premise of coming to an addiction treatment program is that you need time to heal in every way possible. When you aren’t in a focused environment, you may not be able to put the time and attention into yourself that you need as you make these changes in your life.

As we mentioned earlier, therapy will be a main focus in your overall recovery plan. At The Source, we believe that the best way to recover from an addiction is by participating in numerous forms of therapy so that you can address every aspect of your life in a healthy manner. Although it may take time for you to find your voice, you will consistently feel as though you’re in an environment where you feel comfortable sharing.

While it’s true that we offer the traditional forms of therapy including individual therapy and group therapy, we also offer a form of family therapy that could be incredibly helpful to you while you are in our partial hospitalization program. Unfortunately, relationships that you have with family members or loved ones is something that tends to be negatively impacted as a result of your addiction. Redeveloping these connections, however, is something that can be incredibly helpful as you begin to navigate through your recovery which is one of the reasons why we offer family therapy.

During a family therapy session, you will have the chance to meet with your loved ones in a neutral environment that will help you and your family members to communicate in an open and honest way. This is the true way that healing can begin to grow and develop. Family therapy can also help your loved ones to understand that you have a disease, begin to process their own feelings when it comes to the premise of that disease and start to redevelop their relationship with you.

Outpatient Drug Rehab

Our facility provides our clients with the opportunity to participate in one of two outpatient programs. Remember, you can also opt to continue on in your treatment journey after your partial hospitalization program by enrolling in our outpatient programs. The first option is our intensive outpatient program. Unlike our partial hospitalization program, our intensive outpatient program requires only nine hours of treatment each week which makes the program more manageable for clients that need to adjust to real world situations and possible temptations. While you will still take part in the same forms of therapy as our partial hospitalization program clients, there is more flexibility to the program which can help a person not to feel as restricted.

In some cases, clients simply aren’t able to commit to those nine hours per week but still need care and guidance in overcoming their addiction. If you call into this category, we will strongly recommend that you enroll in our general outpatient program. Our general outpatient program requires that you spend a minimum of four hours per week in treatment with the main forms of therapy being individual therapy and group therapy. There will be a strong focus on relapse prevention for any client that takes part in our outpatient program. Of course, relapse prevention will play a critical role in any treatment plan, we are particularly conscious of the continuing temptations that a person in our general outpatient program may feel at any given time.

Inpatient Alcohol Rehab

If alcohol is your substance of choice, you can still participate in our partial hospitalization program. We will arrange for you to stay at one of our incredible single-family residences which will help you to feel as though you’re living in a home away from home. The idea behind our partial hospitalization program is to help you feel at ease and relaxed during your treatment.

Once you complete our partial hospitalization program, that doesn’t mean that your recovery journey is over. While you opt to enroll in one of our outpatient programs, we also recommend that you decide to utilize our Alumni Program. When it comes to recovery addiction, there is power in numbers. Our alumni program allows you to continue to build and develop relationships with others that have completed their own recovery program. Regardless of whether you went through our partial hospitalization program or an outpatient program, you will have the chance to connect with other Source alumni each month through an extended group therapy session as well as by attending sober friendly events throughout the year.

Outpatient Alcohol Rehab

The bulk of your time in one of our outpatient programs will revolve around putting together a solid foundation that will help you to prevent relapse. Due to the fact that you’re actively interacting with others outside of our facility throughout the day and experiencing continuous temptation to give into your alcohol addiction, it’s critical that you develop a certain level of strength and understanding in fighting walking into a liquor store or a bar on any given day.

Although you will take part in group therapy and individual therapy during your program, we also encourage you to take advantage of attending AA meetings in the area as often as you can. One of the incredible things about AA meetings is that there is seemingly a meeting during any time of the day or not. There are also several options for you to attend a meeting over the phone or virtually. If you need help locating a meeting in your area, just let us know and we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Florida Outpatient Addiction Treatment

Our Florida outpatient addiction treatment program allows Florida residents to develop a treatment plan based around their current responsibilities. For instance, if you’re currently going to school, we would never want you to do anything to jeopardize your academic standings especially now that you are working toward living a healthier way of life that may only parlay your current path. Instead, we will do everything that we can to work around you and your current schedule so that you’re able to take full advantage of both our recovery options as well as see to your personal or professional responsibilities.

If you are in one of our outpatient programs, it’s vitally important that you actively communicate with us how you feel as though you’re progressing throughout your treatment. Although you will have scheduled counseling sessions with our team, if you feel in any way at a loss or overwhelmed by your current routine, you should always feel comfortable reaching out to us so that you’re never put in a position where you feel as though you can’t manage your recovery. If you need to speak with us in between your scheduled times, we’re always happy to make adjustments so that we can speak with you sooner rather than later.
